EBC 16.0. Briess Liquid Munich Malt Extract. This specialty malt extract is made
using a traditional multiple step mashing process to achieve higher levels of
fermentability. It is a very rich, malty, amber coloured extract.
EBC 4.0. Briess Liquid Pilsen Light Malt Extract. This specialty malt extract is made
using a traditional multiple step mashing process to achieve higher levels of
fermentability. It is a subtly malty light coloured extract.
Briess Liquid Bavarian Wheat Extract. Use alone, or with specialty malts, to brew wheat beers of all styles. Excellent for boosting gravity or enhancing mouthfeel, body and foam.
