American Wheat - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1045. Alc 4.8%)
New Release version with new NZ hop Nectaron (Formerly Hort 4337).
This easy drinking ale is a blend of Aussie Pilsner and Wheat malt with a touch of Carahell. Nectaron (Hort 4337) hops are added late in the boil for a subtle citrus and tropical fruit flavour and aroma. Comes complete with 30g pack of Nectaron (Hort 4337) dry hop. Recommended dry yeast - American Ale (US-05) or liquid Wyeast 1056.

Bayside Pale - Session IPA Fresh Wort Kit Approx SG 1044 Alc 3.4%
In Bayside Pale we have created a beer with the malt character & hoppiness of an IPA
but packed it into a beer of only approx 3.4%. Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra hops in abundance,
give this beer it’s huge tropical fruit character. Comes complete with 90gm
dry hop blend of Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra. Recommended yeast - Windsor dried yeast.

Bacchus Belgian Pale Ale - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1052. Alc 5.2%)

Bacchus Bushfire - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1062. Alc 6.2%)
Thick & smokey this deep mahogany (almost black) Rye lager is a
taste sensation. Fantastic with spicy/BBQ foods.

Will also work well with a neutral ale yeast like American Ale (US-05)

Bacchus Cougar Wit - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1050. Alc 5.1%).
A classic wit in the style of Hoegaarden; slightly spicy with hints of coriander & orange.

This recipe has taken out gold medals in homebrew & commercial competition. 

Recommended dry yeast Safale K-97 or liquid Wyeast 3944.

Bacchus Dubbel - Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1060. Alc 7.4% with sugar addition)
Belgian Malts have been used to produce this award winning Belgian Dubbel.
We recommend adding one 500ml bottle of Belgian Dark II Candi Syrup 4 days into
ferment, which will bring the alcohol up to approx 7.4% & give the balance required.
Regular sugar (600gm) may be substituted, but won't be as good.
Recommended yeast Wyeast 1214 or Wyeast 3787.

Bacchus Fighting Falcon IPA - Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1062 Alc 6.2%).
This big hoppy IPA is made with 100% Falconers Flight hops. Bitter, but beautifully balanced, this is one for the hop heads. We recommend dry hopping with 90gms of Falconers Flight. Recommended dry yeast - American Ale (US-05) or liquid Wyeast 1056

A traditional German style Lager made with Hallertau Hops
Bright straw in colour with a lovely balance of malt & hop flavours.

Bacchus GMT+10 London Porter - Fresh Wort Kit (Approx S.G. 1060 alc 6.0%)
No fewer than 9 malts go into our Porter, helping recreate a recipe of 1750.
On the tongue a sweetish, burnt caramel gives way to a mouthful of smokey, dry
maltiness & an astringency on the finish that comes entirely from the dark malts.
Recommended yeast Nottingham.

Bacchus Golden Ale -Citra - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1041 - Alc 4.5%)
This is an easy drinking Golden Ale, very much in the style of James Squires Golden Ale. Great balance of malt and tropical hop flavour and aroma. Our latest version is made with Citra Hops

This Golden Ale will benefit from dry hopping with 30g of Citra Hops.

Bacchus Greenbottle Lager Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1045 Alc 4.5%)
Easy drinking well balanced Euro / Premium style pale lager. A balanced malty finish with subtle spicy European hopping. We have used a blend of Aussie Pilsner, Wheat and a touch of Caramalt along with German hops in the kettle to give that characteristic spicy hop profile. Bittered to 26 IBU to give great balance. This is what mainstream lager should taste like. Recommended dry yeast - Swiss Lager (S-189).

Bacchus Irish Red - Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1046 - Alc 4.6%)
This rich, malty Irish Ale is a beautiful example of the style. Rich malty, biscuity, roast, coffee flavours. In the style of Kilkenny but with much greater depth of flavour it's a true crowd pleaser. Recommended dry yeast - American Ale (US-05) or liquid Wyeast 1084.

Brewed to the traditional Guinness recipe this dry stout is a classic.

Kettle Sour - Fresh Wort Kit (Approx SG 1032 Alc 3.0%) NEW RELEASE
This wort kit allows you to very easily make an absolutely refreshing Berliner Weisse Fruit Sour or even a Gose with that characteristic clean lactic acidity. We have taken a blend of Pilsner and Wheat malt and done our normal mashing process to produce sweet wort. We have then added a Lactobacillus culture to the wort in the kettle to produce the distinct clean lactic sourness. After reaching a pH of 3.5 we have boiled the wort with a small addition of hops to give a bitterness of just 10 IBU.Recommended yeast for neutral character: Dry-American Ale (US-05) or liquid Wyeast 1056.

NEIPA New England IPA - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1060 - Alc 5.8%) NEW RELEASE
Our interpretation of this exciting new beer style. This beer is absolutely bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavours and aromas from the use of of Amarillo, Citra, Galaxy & Mosaic hops. The intense tropical juice fruityness is balanced with a fairly low level of bitterness compared to a more traditional American IPA.  A blend of ale malt, flaked wheat and oats in the mash has the malt taking a back seat in this beer allowing the juicy character of the hops to shine through. The finished beer will have a fairly hazy appearance in the glass in keeping with the evolving guidelines for the style. Comes complete with a 100gm dry hop pack. Recommended dry yeast Craftbrewer English Blend or liquid Wyeast 1318 London Ale III.

Bacchus Old - Fresh Wort Kit. (Approx SG 1042 - Alc 4.2%)
Brewed in the Style of Toohey's Old, this easy drinking dark ale is
a brewery favourite. We recommend S-23 yeast at 19c for the best result.
If you don't have temperature control, use a neutral ale yeast like US-05.
