    Craftbrewer COVID-19 Information

    We will be continuing to trade at this stage. However we have instigated some changes to our business operations. We will not be able to process any walk in orders for in-store pick up. All in-store pick up orders will need to be placed online through our website. We would ask that you could give us at least 48 hours notice for these pick up orders. We will not be accepting cash payments for pick up orders.

    Collection of all pick up orders will now take place outside our warehouse roller door. Customers will not be allowed entry into the building. We would ask that you please observe social distancing guidelines for this and we will serve one customer at a time.

    Pick up orders can be collected from Craftbrewer: Tuesday – Friday 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM

    PLEASE NOTE: We have made a change to Saturday pick up orders.

    We will have no Craftbrewer staff working on Saturdays. Saturday pick up orders can now be collected from Bacchus Brewing (right next door) 12.00 Midday to 8.00 PM. For pick up from Bacchus Brewing on Saturday the order must be placed and PAID online by 12.00 Midday on Friday.      

    We have had a huge increase in demand recently. We are processing orders on a first in first out basis. We will do our best to process orders as soon as possible, however there may be some delays in preparing and despatching orders.

    We will no longer be able to offer CO2 Refills at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Our focus is for the health and safety of our staff and customers. We would ask if you are feeling unwell that you do not come to the store.

    Both Auspost and Fastway have advised changes to signature on delivery procedures. The latest updates from them are listed below:

    Fastway Important updates to our delivery procedures:
    To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting coronavirus, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. We will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped in to a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time, or returned to the nearest depot for redelivery.

    Auspost delivery procedures: 
    To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.
    In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, our staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.
    The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
