No fewer than 9 malts go into our Porter, helping recreate a recipe of 1750.
On the tongue a sweetish, burnt caramel gives way to a mouthful of smokey, dry
maltiness & an astringency on the finish that comes entirely from the dark malts.
Recommended yeast Nottingham.
